Compensate all users
Shift every active key's expiry by the same amount. Lifetime keys and unredeemed week keys are not affected.
When to use this
Use after unplanned downtime, slow deploys, or an outage. The shift
applies to every key currently showing an expiration date, including
already-expired ones (so a user whose key died mid-outage gets the
lost time credited back too).
